N.Y. Times Mag Goes All In On World Cup, Including Klinsmann Profile

The N.Y. Times Magazine today publishes a special World Cup Issue, offering three different covers featuring Brazil F Neymar, Argentina F Lionel Messi or Portugal MF Cristiano Ronaldo. Stirring conversation earlier this week, the magazine includes Sam Borden's profile of U.S. men's national team coach Jurgen Klinsmann, containing his quote that the U.S. "cannot win this World Cup."

Other features include "The Burden Of Being Messi," "The World Cup Soundtrack" and "The World Cup Hairdo Hall Of Fame." Soccer legend Pelé appears in the back-cover ad for Hublot, the official watch of the '14 FIFA World Cup (THE DAILY).
