IndyCar's Bernard Denies Report Of His Dismissal

IndyCar CEO Randy Bernard “denied a published report Friday that he had been fired.” The Indianapolis Business Journal cited sources as saying that Bernard “was fired Thursday.” However, Bernard told the AP that the report “wasn’t true.” IMS Dir of PR Doug Boles said, “At this point, Randy is not fired. That is the case at the moment and in the future” (USATODAY.com, 10/26).
