Falcons, Atlanta United Lead Fan Satisfaction In Respective Leagues

Atlanta’s NFL and MLS clubs put the “fan first” in their revolutionary approach to food and beverage at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in '17. The fans responded by voting the Falcons and MLS United No. 1 in each league’s “Voice of the Fan” rankings. Both clubs, owned by the Arthur Blank Group, will release information today that shows how the Falcons vaulted from No. 18 in the NFL’s fan satisfaction surveys in '16, when they played in the Georgia Dome, to No.1 this past season. The '17 season was the first for the United. Both clubs credited their “fan first” pricing, which included $2 hot dogs and $5 hamburgers, for the surge in fan satisfaction. Fans judged the Falcons and United, both of whom contract with Levy Restaurants in Mercedes-Benz Stadium, on four key food-and-beverage categories — quality, price, speed of service and variety.
