Dyehard Fan Supply Makes Third Retail Merchandising Acquisition

Dyehard Fan Supply has acquired its third retail merchandise company in the last month -- Louisville-based All Pro Championships -- as it attempts to roll up enough businesses to form a national network. All Pro is a sports merchandising company founded in '78. Dyehard, owned by Ben Sutton’s Teall Capital, previously has invested in similar retail merch businesses in New York and North Carolina. With additional investments coming, Dyehard is putting together a national network of merchandise capabilities at sports, music and entertainment events.

All Pro offers expertise in retail merchandising, e-commerce and wholesale distribution. The company has handled merchandising programs for the '84 L.A. Games, NBA Finals, World Series, Davis Cup, Kentucky Derby, MLB All-Star Game and America's Cup, as well as pro football championships. All Pro maintains a 16,000-square-foot office and distribution center in Louisville with approximately 20 full-time employees that service more than 2,000 local, regional and national accounts.
