Red Wings Have Tickets Available For Opener At Little Caesars Arena

The Red Wings' season opener tomorrow night against the Wild at the new Little Caesars Arena "isn't quite a sellout yet," though it is a "hot ticket." The team late yesterday said there are "an extremely limited number of tickets available" for the contest (DETROIT FREE PRESS, 10/4).

Meanwhile, the Pistons last night held a "Meet the Team" event at the new venue. About 8,000 tickets were "distributed for the free event, which included demonstrations, a dance contest and plenty of fan interaction" (DETROIT NEWS, 10/4).
