Penn State yesterday announced the "completion of the student section season ticket sales," for football in '17, which "sold out across all four classes." In full, 21,000 student season tickets "were sold in a total of 89 minutes over four days" (PENNLIVE.com, 6/22).

Country music singer Garth Brooks will perform in Atlanta at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Oct. 12, the "first non-sporting event at the 71,000-seat stadium" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 6/22).
