T-Mobile Arena Is One Year Old; Golden Knights Capping Season Sales

This week marks one year since T-Mobile Arena opened to the public, and the Las Vegas venue today will mark the occasion with an "event to give back to the community." MGM and Bank of America are sponsoring construction of a Habitat for Humanity home in Toshiba Plaza. T-Mobile Arena VP & GM Dan Quinn: "In the first year, we had quite a variety of events and we want to build on that." Quinn said the Golden Knights' opening night this fall "may be the hardest ticket in town to get" (LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL, 4/6).

The NHL expansion club is "capping full-season ticket sales" at 5:00pm PT tomorrow to "make sure tickets remain available for individual games" at the 20,00-seat arena. The Golden Knights are "approaching 13,000 season tickets sold" (LAS VEGAS SUN, 4/6).
