Symetra Tour Lines Up Facebook Live Coverage For Tourney Round

The Symetra Tour today will announce plans for the first-ever Facebook Live showing of a women’s tournament round on March 12 from the Florida’s Natural Charity Classic. The announcing team also will be four women, marking the first time a golf telecast has had an all-female booth, and it will be led by LPGA.com Managing Editor & Host Amy Rogers. This is the first time the Symetra Tour has had a live round shown. The Tour is using VISTA Worldlink, which has worked with MLS, WWE and ESPN, to manage the technical aspects and produce the broadcast. Florida’s Natural is helping to underwrite the coverage with the support from Visit Central Florida, Springer-Peterson, Duke Energy and Boring Business Systems – all of which are also tournament sponsors.
