Laugh Track: Kate Of My Consolation

ABC's Jimmy Kimmel noted Kate Upton “will grace the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue for a third time, which I think makes her the superest model of them all.” Kimmel: “When did they tell you that you're going to be on the cover of the magazine?” Upton: “They finally gave me a call yesterday.” Kimmel: “They don't give you any notice at all. ... There are a bunch of women who pose for the magazine that have no idea whether (they are on the cover). So there's a bunch of angry women right now.” Upton: “I think that there's angry women right now, but I don't think necessarily it's the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit models.” Kimmel at first unveiled a fake cover that featured Upton buried up to her neck in sand. Upton: “Very sexy.” Kimmel then unveiled two more “covers,” including one featuring Upton and show sidekick Guillermo. The show then went live to N.Y., where a real cover was revealed on the side of the Empire State Building (“Jimmy Kimmel Live,” ABC, 2/14).

NBC’s Seth Meyers said, “UConn women’s basketball team, you won your 100th straight game last night, something no team – men or women – has ever done. You won the last four NCAA championships, you’re probably going to win your fifth, and I’m pretty sure you could beat the Knicks right now” (“Late Night With Seth Meyers,” NBC, 2/14).
