ACC Will Soon Announce Orlando As Football Title Game Host

Orlando "will likely soon be announced as the host" of the ACC's football championship game. It is "apparently the only city in the running for the game," as there "seems to be little interest in the other two potential host cities" of Jacksonville and DC. ACC officials are "in town this week to put the finishing touches on the contract." The conference pulled the Dec. 3 game from North Carolina due to the HB2 law (ORLANDO SENTINEL, 9/28).

Meanwhile, the ACC announced that fans who purchased tickets through official avenues for the game originally scheduled to be played in Charlotte will be granted a 100% refund (ACC).
