First Look At Blue Jays' Proposed Renovations For Spring Training Home

During a public meeting yesterday in Dunedin, Fla., officials "released an animated video showing a renovated version" of the Blue Jays' Spring Training home, Florida Auto Exchange Stadium. During tonight's open house, residents "can make their way through informational stations explaining the project and have one-on-one conversations with those involved."

A deal "will not officially be made for several months." But the meeting "was the first step toward asking the county and state for help" with an $81M project to "spruce up the team's facilities before its contract with the city expires" at the close of '17.
