76ers Launching Campaign In Tribute To '66-67 Championship Team

​

The 76ers are rolling out a new season-long marketing campaign celebrating the team’s '66-67 NBA championship team. The effort, titled "Spirit of the Champion: Celebrating 50 Since ’66-‘67," will include a commemorative center-court logo at Wells Fargo Center installed for each of the six "Salute Saturday" tribute nights. The logo will be signed by season-ticket holders. The team also will unveil sculpture designs of 76ers legends Wilt Chamberlain, Billy Cunningham and Hal Greer that eventually will be displayed at the club’s new practice center. The 76ers will wear throwback jerseys from the '66-67 road uniforms during the six tribute games sponsored by StubHub.
