Oregon State Signs Levy Restaurants For On-Campus Food Service

Oregon State has signed Levy Restaurants to a multiyear deal to operate all food service on campus, including the Pac-12 school’s 18 sports programs. The agreement covers Reser Stadium and Gill Coliseum, OSU’s football and basketball venues. It starts with a refresh of the athlete dining hall that has not been renovated for the past 15 years. The upgraded Performance Table will focus on personal nutrition, showcasing menus updated weekly with input from OSU sports dietician Stacey Kasianchuk. This marks Chicago-based Levy's seventh college concessions account, following Colorado, Iowa State, Missouri, Ohio State, Purdue, Texas A&M and Wisconsin.
