Aramark Lands Retail Rights For Super Bowl 50 In S.F.

The NFL has awarded Super Bowl 50 retail rights with Aramark returning to administer the oversized shop at the NFL Experience fan fest, which league officials said set a sales record at the most recent Super Bowl. The NFL earlier awarded Aramark rights to the NFL Experience and stadium merchandise and food sales for the '17 Super Bowl in Houston.

Meanwhile, Legends won stadium merchandising rights for Super Bowl 50 at Levi's Stadium in February. It will be the first Super Bowl as stadium merchandise concessionaire for Legends, which teamed with Facility Management Inc. on the bid. FMI had Super Bowl merchandising rights for 24 years; the last at Super Bowl XLVI in Indianapolis. MainGate will run merchandise stores in S.F.-area hotels.
