Night Moves....Going Back To The Wells

Last night’s 11:00pm ET edition of ESPN’s “SportsCenter” led with Twins-A’s, followed by Canadiens-Lightning and Bulls-Cavaliers. ESPN reported on the Wells Report 21 minutes into their broadcast. Last night’s 11:00pm ET edition of FS1’s “Fox Sports Live” led with an extended discussion on the UFC, followed by Bulls-Cavaliers, Clippers-Rockets and the Wells Report.

ESPN’s Keith Olbermann called out his “world’s worst” persons in sports: The NFL for the Wells report being 243 pages when “49 words would have sufficed.” Olbermann also put on notice MSG Chair James Dolan for hiring Isiah Thomas to be Liberty President, and boxer Manny Pacquiao for being on-board to fight Floyd Mayweather in a rematch. Olbermann said of Thomas, “You just brought back a guy who has absolutely no idea how not to ruin a basketball franchise.”
