The WBC yesterday unveiled "the shiny new emerald belt" that will be given to the winner of the Floyd Mayweather Jr.-Manny Pacquiao bout. The belt, which cost $1M to create, is "encrusted with emeralds, and the side plates feature metallic emblems with the faces of both Mayweather and Pacquiao" (SPORTINGNEWS.com, 4/21).

Under Armour shares fell nearly 5% yesterday after the company reported that Q1 sales rose 25% “when the market appeared to expect more.” The apparel maker’s stock fell $4.34 a share to $83.52 in NYSE trading (Baltimore SUN, 4/22).

Rolex runs a full-page ad in USA Today congratulating Swiss equestrian show jumper Steve Guerdat for winning the ’15 World Cup Final in Las Vegas: “Victory!” (THE DAILY).
