Night Moves....The One That Got Away

Last night’s 1:00am ET edition of ESPN’s “SportsCenter” led with a highlight of Jack Nicklaus hitting a hole-in-one at The Masters par-3 tournament, followed by Padres-Dodgers, Cavaliers-Bucks, Hawks-Nets and Bulls-Magic. FS1’s “Fox Sports Live” led with Bulls-Magic, followed by Cavaliers-Bucks, Pacers F Chris Copeland being stabbed outside a night club and Pacers-Knicks. FS1 aired their first Masters report about 30 minutes into the broadcast.

ESPN’s Keith Olbermann called out his “world’s worst” persons in sports: the security at Tropicana Field for chasing a fan who ran onto the field and who made it back into the stands but was removed from the game later. Olbermann said, “The Rays need every fan they can get.” He also put on notice Thunder G Russell Westbrook and G Dion Waiters because they are “such addicts to clichés that they do not even know what one of those clichés means,” and Syracuse Univ., which “misspelled the name of one of its sophomore football players, at least for its spring game.”
