Last night’s Top Ten list was “Top Ten Things You Might Not Know about Cuba.” Letterman said, “Earlier today, President Obama announced plans to begin normalizing relationships with Cuba by opening an embassy in Havana and easing restrictions on travel and commerce” (“Late Show,” CBS, 12/17).
