NBA Commissioner Adam Silver on Friday is slated to meet with Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed in N.Y. to “discuss the ownership of the Hawks” (AJC.com, 9/23).

Cordish Cos. VP/Development Blake Cordish this week is in Las Vegas for more negotiations as the MLS stadium debate “is nearing its end after many years and a few deadline extensions” (LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL, 9/23).

The NHL Kings announced that all of its 82 regular-season games will be televised next season. Fox Sports West/Prime Ticket will air 72 games and the "remaining games will be televised" by NBCSN or KCOP-MYT (LATIMES.com, 9/22).
