Laugh Track....Take Me Out To The Ballgame

Actor Rob Riggle appeared on NBC’s “The Tonight Show” last night where he discussed his charitable efforts, which included appearances at various MLB ballparks. Riggle said he appears at a charity event in K.C. that raises "money for Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City. Part of that is we play a Wiffle Ball game at Royals Stadium. Didn’t we play Wiffle Ball at Bonnaroo?” Host Jimmy Fallon replied, “Oh yeah, I was there. I did play Wiffle Ball with you at Bonnaroo. I forgot. I don’t remember much about Bonnaroo.” Riggle discussed his visits to Wrigley Field and Fenway Park. Riggle said of Fenway, “One of the great cathedrals of the game. … Then I went and threw out the first pitch at Dodger Stadium. Then I went and played in the celebrity softball game" at Target Field. Fallon: “You’re doing too many baseball themed things” (“The Tonight Show,” NBC, 8/11).

NBC’s Jimmy Fallon: “A lot of people are upset that President Obama went to the beach yesterday with everything that's going on in the world. Times are tough for Obama because even the sharks were like, ‘I'm not going near that guy.’ But I think Obama understands people's concerns. After spending the day at the beach, he said, ‘This has been fun, but I should really get back to the golf course because priorities are priorities’” (“The Tonight Show,” NBC, 8/11).
