The Hornets are running a two-page spread in today’s Charlotte Observer promoting a live stream of the press conference where the team will officially change its name away from the Bobcats. The ad features a letter from team Owner Michael Jordan and an image of several Hornets alumni with the header, “We’re Back!” (THE DAILY).

Officials from the Web.com Tour Utah Championship announced that Zions Bank has agreed to become the golf tournament’s presenting sponsor. The bank has been involved with the event for 10 years and “agreed to expand its involvement this year with a larger financial commitment” (DESERET NEWS, 5/20).

Manouchcar Pierre-Val, a former Buccaneers cheerleader, has filed a lawsuit against the team alleging she is "owed at least minimum wage for more than 500 hours she worked for the team." Hers is the fifth such suit brought against NFL teams this year (TAMPA BAY TIMES, 5/20).
