Astros, Rockets Each Claim CSN Houston Owes Them $27M-Plus

Documents filed yesterday in the CSN Houston bankruptcy case show that the Astros and Rockets "each claim they are owed" more than $27M in unpaid rights fees by the RSN. The teams "top a list of the 25 largest unsecured claims against the network," totaling about $60M, submitted in advance of today's hearing before U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Marvin Isgur. The hearing will be the "first of several" in which the RSN will submit "routine business requests to the judge to keep the company in business while it reorganizes" (CHRON.com, 2/17).
