Roc Nation Sports Signs Yankees P CC Sabathia For Representation

Roc Nation Sports has signed Yankees P CC Sabathia as a client. Sabathia will be represented by Jay Z and Roc Nation Sports President Juan Perez, both of whom were certified last year to represent MLB players in contract work. The six-time All-Star formerly was represented by The Legacy Agency. Sabathia’s contract with the Yankees, which was negotiated by TLA agents, runs through '16 with a vesting option for '17. Roc Nation Sports announced the signing yesterday evening with a tweet that included a photo of Sabathia and the rap mogul.
