Mark Cuban Discusses Parting Ways With GM Gersson Rosas

Mavericks Owner Mark Cuban appeared on NBC’s “The Tonight Show” last night to discuss the upcoming NBA season. Cuban said of last year, “We just didn’t have a good enough team. But this year, you watch out, we’re coming back strong.” Host Jay Leno asked Cuban about how the Mavericks "parted ways" with GM Gersson Rosas yesterday, saying, “That means you fired your general manager?” Cuban: "We parted ways, that’s my stock answer. He’s a great guy and it just didn’t work out."

Leno asked if Cuban still thinks he has "a chance to own a team" in MLB. Cuban: “I got absolutely no chance of owning a baseball team. Oh my God, they hate me” (“The Tonight Show,” NBC, 10/29).
