Dish Network Declines To Pick Up 47 Braves Games On FS South

Dish Network has declined to pay Fox Sports Regional Networks for 47 Braves games on FS South this season, meaning "metro Atlanta Dish customers will lose access to games" starting today against the Tigers "unless circumstances change." This comes after the RSN in February added 45 Braves games from Peachtree TV. FS South said that Dish customers "will still be able to view the other 80 or so games remaining in this season," and this "won't impact users of other cable and satellite providers" (AJC.com, 4/25).
