Run-Walk To Home Base Lowering Age Limit, Entry Fee For '13

The Red Sox Foundation, New Balance and Massachusetts General Hospital today will announce details for the fourth annual Run-Walk to Home Base, a charity event designed to support clinical care and support for Middle East war veterans suffering combat stress and traumatic brain injury. The '13 event, slated for May 4, will involve lowered fundraising minimums of $750 for early registrants and a lowered age minimum to 14 years old with an aim toward increasing participation. The effort has raised more than $7.3M since its creation in '10.
