Augusta National’s decision to add former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and South Carolina financier Darla Moore is getting front-page coverage in the major dailies.

The N.Y. TIMES on page 1 notes Augusta National “conducts business on its own terms.”
 
The L.A. TIMES teases Bill Plaschke's column on page 1, and he writes, "I hate to be cynical about Monday's landmark decision ... but it only makes sense that the opening of a door that has been closed for 80 years would be accompanied by lots of creaks."
