Wild's Free Agent Signings Cue Marketing Push, Sales Uptick

The Wild yesterday signed free agents LW Zach Parise and D Ryan Suter, and "production started" on Parise No. 11 and Suter No. 20 jerseys, which will go on sale at the team store today at 10:00am CT. By 5:00pm yesterday, "upward of 700 season tickets had been sold." Wild COO Matt Majka: "With the exception of the day the franchise was granted – and I've been here since then – no day matches up to this. We're enjoying every minute" (Minneapolis STAR TRIBUNE, 7/5).
