USSA Agrees To E-Commerce Partnership With TeamFanShop

The U.S. Ski & Snowboard Association has signed an e-commerce partnership with TeamFanShop, the company that works with the USOC, USA Swimming and many colleges. TeamFanShop replaces Backcountry.com, an online outdoor retailer, as the USSA's e-commerce operator. It will showcase the products of 30 licensees. USSA Chief Revenue & Marketing Officer Andrew Judelson said, "We have unbelievable licensed products but consumers can't find it. People want our products and we have to create an opportunity for them to whether they're in midtown Manhattan or small town Montana. This e-commerce solution creates that opportunity."

USSA began searching for a new partner five months ago and considered six vendors before selecting TeamFanShop. It will begin serving as the e-commerce provider for USSA after the NGB launches a new website in the fall.
