EA Sports Today Releasing "Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2012: The Masters"

EA Sports today is releasing "Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2012: The Masters," which features Augusta National Golf Club as one of the courses. EA Sports used "laser scanners to measure every sliver of the course -- every bunker, every fairway, every tree -- within six millimeters of accuracy." Consumers have already begun "organizing 'virtual Masters' tournaments online" ahead of today's launch. Augusta National's proceeds from the game will "benefit a nonprofit foundation that promotes youth golf" (N.Y. TIMES, 3/29).

Activision Publishing and Eutechnyx today are releasing "NASCAR The Game 2011" for the Xbox and PlayStation 3. The game has exclusive GoDaddy.com paint schemes and garage signage that is available by retrieving unlock codes at GoDaddy.com/Danica or GoDaddy.com/Mark. A partnership with Sprint brings enhanced game replays and an unlockable special Sprint decal pack. Additional game content, video and special features can be found at GoDaddy.com and on Sprint's NASCAR mobile app and website (THE DAILY).
