A state judge in Florida has "ruled in favor of TIGER WOODS in his public dispute against his ex-girlfriend," ordering the matter to be "resolved in private arbitration after it spilled into public court with allegations of sexual harassment and a messy breakup between the two in October." Woods was handed a "victory in his quest to keep his private conflict with ERICA HERMAN out of the public eye."  Woods' attorney said that Woods and Herman signed a nondisclosure agreement in 2017 (USA TODAY, 5/18).

NAMES: Barclays Center is screening “38 at the Garden” on Saturday, a documentary about former NBAer JEREMY LIN's "rise from an overlooked prospect to a Knicks sensation" after Nets owner JOE TSAI alleged Madison Square Garden “refused to show” the documentary. Tsai tweeted, “MSG refused to show this film. So I’m showing it because the story needs to be told" (N.Y. DAILY NEWS, 5/17)....Late Pro Football HOFer FRANCO HARRIS had a street in his hometown of Mount Holly, N.J., named for him. Several family members "attended the street dedication" of Franco Harris Way on Tuesday (TRIBLIVE, 5/17)....Former NFLer DREW BREES has created the "NOLA Pickleball Fest" to "benefit his Brees Dream Foundation, with the first event scheduled for this August in New Orleans." The festival will feature a "celebrity exhibition match featuring Brees" (New Orleans TIMES- PICAYUNE, 5/17).
