Antetokounmpo declined to star in the movie because he said he doesn't like being HollywoodNBAE/GETTY IMAGES

Bucks F GIANNIS ANTETOKOUNMPO declined an opportunity to star in “SPACE JAM 2” with LEBRON JAMES. Being in the movie, which begins filming this summer, would have "required him to give up two weeks of private workouts to train with his fellow stars while making the movie, a total non-starter, given Antetokounmpo’s reclusive tendencies." He said, "I don’t like being Hollywood" (ESPN.com, 4/9). Heat G DWYANE WADE said he has "yet to be approached" by James about potentially being in the sequel. Wade said, "That's his movie, that's his thing. So if they reach out and it's something that cool for me to do, then I'll look into doing it. If not, then support the movie like always" (SUN-SENTINEL.com, 4/9).
