24 Hour Fitness Launching Limited-Edition Team USA Workout Ahead Of Winter Games

Longtime USOC sponsor 24 Hour Fitness will launch a limited-edition Team USA Workout in January as part of its Winter Games activation, featuring the favorite exercises of three newly sponsored athletes -- freeskier Gus Kenworthy, bobsledder Elana Meyers Taylor and Paralympic sled hockey F Rico Roman. 24 Hour Fitness Senior Dir of Group X Micki Stary said the 50-minute workouts were "brought to life by our own observations of an increase in gym workouts during the Olympic Games," which are a "compelling story that instills optimism, hopefulness, determination and the motivation that tends to re-energize our own fitness journeys." The fitness chain will feature each of the three athletes in its 24Life magazine in the coming months, and also run a sweepstakes for 24 Hour Fitness members to win a trip to the '18 PyeongChang Games via the Fit:Perks reward program. Roman and Taylor are represented by Chicago Sports & Entertainment Partners, and Kenworthy is represented by Wasserman. This will be the eighth Olympics for 24 Hour Fitness, which renewed its USOC deal through '20 in March.
