Fox Networks Group Chair & CEO PETER RICE has been "promoted" and will add the newly created title of 21st Century Fox President. Rice will "continue to oversee the majority of Fox's domestic television operations," including Fox Sports, "as well as the international channels group." During Rice's time at the helm of Fox Networks Group, which began in '12, he has overseen the "makeover of its Fox Sports cable operation from a regional to national focus with the FS1 and FS2 channels" (VARIETY.com, 9/6)....The NCAA named Univ. of Minnesota System VP/Equity & Diversity KATRICE ALBERT to the newly created position of Exec VP/Inclusion & HR (NCAA)....The NHL Jets have given a multiyear extension to GM KEVIN CHEVELDAYOFF, who has held the position since '11 (TSN.ca, 9/6).
