NFL Exec VP/Communications JOE LOCKHART has sold his home in the Kalorama area of DC to PRESIDENT OBAMA and his wife MICHELLE, who had been renting the home after leaving the White House. Lockhart sold the home for $8.1M after buying it in '14 for $5.295M. The eight-bedroom, nine-and-a-half bath home was built in the 1920s and renovated in '11. Lockhart had a previous stint as Press Secretary to PRESIDENT CLINTON (WASHINGTONPOST.com, 5/31).
