Under Armour promoted Chief Product Officer KIP FULKS to Strategic Advisor. Fulks "co-founded Under Armour" with Chair & CEO KEVIN PLANK. Fulks will report to Plank and "focus at first on improving the company’s efficiency." He has "overseen areas such as products, marketing, sourcing and operations." Meanwhile, UA promoted President of Sports Performance KEVIN ESKRIDGE to Fulks' former role (BALTIMORESUN.com, 5/9).

THE JORDAN RULES: L.A.-based multiplatform media company Awesomeness named NFL Chief Content Officer JORDAN LEVIN CEO. Levin joins Awesomeness after "spending about two years at the NFL where he focused on nongame programming for its NFL Network and oversaw the halftime show at the Super Bowl." Awesomeness "caters to teens and young adults" (WSJ.com, 5/9).
