Headquarters: Barcelona, Spain

1. What is your elevator pitch?

Eyetok is an all-in-one mobile video live streaming UGC solution for companies to crowdsource and harness live footage, by turning their audience, fans and followers into co-creators and contributors of their content feed.

2. Problem & Solution

Eyetok helps increase their video inventories, boost their audience engagement and grow their advertising revenues. Ultimately we provide them with the power of ubiquity, to be anywhere, anytime, creating their own reporters community.

Eyetok provides the tool to crowd-source, harness, monitor and leverage their audience’s footage, and publish and distribute it on digital platforms in real-time (web embed, social networks, …) with total control of IP and potential right’s holder issues.

Eyetok solution is a white label mobile app (ios/android) for each client, a live mixing web console tool to manage content and contributors, and a ready to scale infrastructure set-up.

It’s an easy-to-deploy and cost effective marketing and content solution to turn fans and followers into “eyewitnesses”, covering those “can’t-miss-moments” from the audience’s point of view, raw from the spot where action is happening.

  • For a media company or newsroom: be the first to tap into exclusive breaking news, covered directly from your readers and audience on the ground.
  • For a brand: capture fan’s unique #moments engaging with your product in real time.
  • For a club: venue or event organizer: tap into the “before, during and after” situations by supporters and fans, a complementary view of the planned streaming, and capture the vibe, live, and the “behind the scenes”.

3. Market – your target market and the overall market

Eyetok targets are mainly media companies and sports or music related companies (events, brands, clubs, festivals, venues..).

4. Business Model – how do you make money?

As SaaS, we provide this own white label all-in-one solution for a monthly license fee. Ad revenue share is a potential model we can explore.

5. Management Team – with titles

Bruno Saguer, co-founder: Operations, Sales and Business Development

Oscar Vidal, co-founder: Product Development and Marketing

Rubén Díaz, co-founder: CTO
