Buyers & Sellers: Tom Brady, Gisele Decide To Move One Floor Up In Tribeca Building

TOM BRADY and his wife GISELE BUNDCHEN recently toured their new 11th floor pad in the Tribeca area of Manhattan "overlooking the Hudson," and Brady has decided he "wants to be on floor 12 instead." The couple will now move to a "five-bedroom, 5 1/2 bath residence" listed at $32M with a 1,900-square-foot terrace. Brady is expected to move to the new apartment once construction is completed in '18 (NYPOST.com, 4/4).

ON THE MOUND: Baseball HOFer GEORGE BRETT has purchased a home in Phoenix for $3M. The 5,000-square-foot home in Paradise Valley has four bedrooms and "views of Camelback and Mummy mountains." The Spanish-style residence "built with antique barn wood, French limestone, cream marble, canterra stone and mesquite-wood countertops also has a guesthouse and backyard with a fountain and pool for entertaining" (AZCENTRAL.com, 3/31)....Marlins RF ICHIRO SUZUKI placed his downtown L.A. condominium on the market in early March for $2.349M, and it "sold in less than a month." The sale price was $2.45M (LATIMES.com, 3/31)....Former MLBer BRAD FULLMER put his condo in the Brentwood area of L.A. on the market for $1.595M. The two-level unit has an "open-plan living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a family room, three bathrooms and a powder room in about 2,850 square feet of living space" (LATIMES.com, 3/30).

BUYERS & SELLERS: Snowboarder SHAUN WHITE has listed his oceanfront home in Encinitas, Calif., for $7.995M. The home, rebuilt in '15, has been "leased out in recent years for as much as $25,000 a month." The 3,500-square-foot house, "designed for indoor-outdoor living," has "dark wood floors, marble countertops and wrought-iron chandeliers" (LATIMES.com, 3/31)....Clippers F PAUL PIERCE has placed his home in the Cheviot Hills area of L.A. on the market for $3.395M. The Mediterranean-inspired home, built in '00, with "nearly 5,300 square feet of living space including a two-story foyer, an office, a center-island kitchen, five bedrooms and five bathrooms." Pierce "bought the house more than a decade ago for his mother" (LATIMES.com, 4/3)....Former NFLer BRIAN URLACHER placed his Mettawa, Ill., home on the market for $3M. The 6,829-square-foot house has "four bedrooms." Through a trust, Urlacher in '04 paid $2.312M  for the home (CHICAGOTRIBUNE.com, 3/31)....Canadiens LW MAX PACIORETTY is placing his Brossard, Quebec, home on the market for $1.988M. The house's amenities are "heated floors in all of its four bathrooms, a super high-tech security system and Viking appliances in the gourmet kitchen" (MONTREALGAZETTE.com, 3/30).
