Sentient Jet Partnering With Bobby Flay For Special Customer Breakfast At Kentucky Derby

Chef and race horse owner Bobby Flay will prepare a Kentucky Derby day breakfast for select customers of Sentient Jet, the private aviation partner of the race and its host track, Churchill Downs. Sentient Jet last year signed a multiyear sponsorship agreement with Churchill Downs and also signed Flay, who is very involved in horse racing, to a multiyear deal as a brand ambassador. Flay will prepare a southern-inspired, Kentucky-influenced breakfast, as well as special bourbon cocktail for Sentient Jet customers at the 21c Museum Hotel on May 6. Sentient Jet President & CEO Andrew Collins said the company is always looking for ways to provide unique experiences for its customers who purchase cards for private jet travel. "We thought a breakfast on Derby Day would be an exciting way to kick off the races," Collins said. For now the breakfast is a one-time deal, but Collins noted, "We have already seen incredible interest in the breakfast from our cardholders, so we would, of course, love for the tradition to continue." Flay also sits on the Breeders' Cup BOD. Flay recently sat down with SBJ to talk about his career, as well as his interest in horse racing.
