Kim Damron Named Spectra Ticketing President As Company Shuffles Exec Roles

KIM DAMRON, a 12-year veteran of Spectra Ticketing & Fan Engagement (formerly Paciolan), has been promoted to President. In her previous role as COO, the L.A.-based Damron oversaw customer service, tech operations, e-commerce, marketing and the client partner team, as well as the relationship with StubHub. Spectra said Damron in her new role will manage all aspects of its strategic direction. DAVE BUTLER, who previously carried both the CEO and President titles, will continue in his CEO role and Damron will report to him. “Kim Damron is a strong leader with unparalleled experience in our industry,” Butler said. In other moves, the company promoted STEVE DEMOTS to Chief Revenue Officer. Demots will manage all aspects of the client-facing business, including business development, client partner, marketing, Ballena and Fan One. Also, CRAIG RICKS will be Senior VP/Marketing. He has served in a strategic marketing role with the company for 14 years. CHRISTIAN LEWIS has been promoted to VP/Business Development.
