Buyers & Sellers: Rockets C Nene Selling His Lakeside Denver Mansion For $3.875M

Rockets C NENE is selling his Denver home for $3.875M. The 10,000-square-foot mansion sits on the bank of Buell Lake and "offers gorgeous mountain views." The interior space includes "vaulted ceilings, a spiral staircase, a chef's kitchen, and handcrafted woodwork throughout." The home has "seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and multiple fireplaces, including in the living room and back patio." The master suite comes with a "wet bar and balcony." The downstairs "features a gym, theater, wine cellar, and lounge area" (CHRON.com, 2/28).

BUYERS & SELLERS: Free agent QB COLIN KAEPERNICK has sold his home in San Jose for $3.075M. The roughly 4,600-square-foot house, built in '99, includes "custom front doors, a wall aquarium in the foyer and a second-story sitting area with a glass-bottom floor." A living room with a "fireplace, a chef's kitchen, an office/den, four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms round out the living spaces." There is also a "paneled lounge/game room featuring a leather-wrapped bar" (LATIMES.com, 2/28)....Pro Football HOFer DON SHULA has put his Palm Beach Gardens home on the market for $2.7M. The 8,000-square-foot home "includes four golf memberships at Old Palm" (PALMBEACHPOST.com, 3/1)....Golden Boy Promotions co-Founder & President OSCAR DE LA HOYA bought a condominium in downtown Pasadena for $2.65M. The 4,150 square feet of living space includes a "formal entry, a living room with a fireplace, an eat-in kitchen, a library/den, an office, three bedrooms and 3.75 bathrooms." There is also a "wine cellar" (LATIMES.com, 2/23).
