Feel free to submit your startup’s answers to the below questions or contact us if you know of a startup that should be considered for inclusion in this series.

Company name: vLoop Inc

Founder(s): Charlie Lambropoulos, Jeff Porter, Ryan Jarvis, Dmytro Riazanov

Headquarters: Venice, CA

1. What is your elevator pitch?

vLoop is the video platform for sports made simple.

2. Problem & Solution

The problem is that professional level video tools are too expensive or too complicated for most clubs, coaches and athletes.  vLoop provides an easy to use platform with all the functionality of the most expensive software available at a fraction of the cost.  vLoop is the go-to software solution for performance analysis, creating highlight reels or even just for fun.  The platform’s intuitive social and collaboration features make it extremely effective even for teams that don’t have the luxury of always being together for video sessions.

3. Market – your target market and the overall market

Our target market is anyone without a full-time video analysis department.  99% of coaches and athletes in the world don’t have a dedicated performance analysis team reviewing their video and performance statistics.  We provide EVERYONE with the same quality tools used at the highest level in a format they can use quickly and efficiently.

4. Business Model – how do you make money?

We make money from platform subscriptions and partnerships.  Our goal is to enable every athlete regardless of level to benefit from video and to maximize their potential.

5. Management Team – with titles

Charlie Lambropoulos, CEO, Jeff Porter, COO, Ryan Jarvis, CPO, Dmytro Riazanov, CTO

6. Anything else you want the audience to know about your venture?

Our team is passionate about sports.  We come from diverse athletic backgrounds (soccer, rugby, water polo and volleyball) but all believe in the power of video to drive improvement.  This is our second venture working together and our vision is to make video an essential learning tool at every level.
