Former Cal football coach SONNY DYKES has put his Oakland-area home "on the market" for $4.25M. The home "sits on a 7,020-square-foot lot with mature landscaping and an outdoor fireplace." Inside it includes a "two-story entry, a den with a wet bar, a wine cellar and an updated kitchen with a wide center island." There are "five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms" (LATIMES.com, 1/31).

BUYERS & SELLERS: Free agent P C.J. WILSON, who played for the Angels through '15, has put his Corona del Mar, Calif., home "up for sale" at $2.699M. The ocean-view residence in the Spyglass Hill neighborhood features a "fireplace in the living room, hardwood and marble floors and a wrap-around deck that faces the city lights and coastline." There are "five bedrooms and four bathrooms in approximately 3,400 square feet of interior space" (LATIMES.com, 2/1)....Cowboys CB ORLANDO SCANDRICK has "sold his home" in Woodland Hills, Texas, for $1.739M. The 5,100-square-foot home "features an open floor plan with dark wood floors, vaulted ceilings and contemporary hues." The home has "five bedrooms and four bathrooms" (LATIMES.com, 1/31).
