AMB West has acquired West Creek Ranch, a 6,300-acre working ranch bordered by the Yellowstone River, Gallatin National Forest and Mountain Sky Guest Ranch. The formation of AMB West and the acquisition of West Creek Ranch expands Falcons Owner ARTHUR BLANK's portfolio. It will also serve as an additional platform for the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation's philanthropic work (AMB Group).

COURT REPORTS: Blumenfeld Development Group can “proceed with a lawsuit contending” that Forest City Ratner “illegally ousted them from a partnership agreement to build a retail and entertainment complex next to the renovated Nassau Coliseum” (NEWSDAY, 1/25)....A former member of the U.S. gymnastics team alleges in a civil lawsuit filed yesterday that California-based academy SCATS put underage gymnasts in "vulnerable situations that led to their sexual abuse" at the hands of coach and SCATS Dir DON PETERS and Team USA Gymnastics physician LARRY NASSAR. The suit also claims that USA Gymnastics, coaches BELA and MARTHA KAROLYI and the last three USA Gymnastic presidents "created environments that enabled Nassar to sexually abuse numerous under-aged female gymnasts" (ORANGE COUNTY REGISTER, 1/25).

NAMES: Basketball HOFer JERRY WEST yesterday was hospitalized "after falling down" at an L.A. country club, per TMZ. The 78-year-old West was "reportedly released and is currently back home" (N.Y.
