Buyers & Sellers: Golden Knights Owner Foley Lists 21-Acre Montana Ranch For $26.7M

Golden Knights Owner BILL FOLEY "listed his 21-acre Montana ranch" for $26.7M. The forested property in Whitefish, a northwestern ski town near the Canadian border, "includes an 11,500-square-foot lodge-style home, three roughly 1,200-square-foot guest cabins and a day cabin with more than 1,260 feet of lake frontage." The main home, built in '06, includes five fireplaces, stone patios, an in-ground hot tub, a screened porch and a great room with a roughly 20-foot-tall ceiling." The grounds "include hiking trails and a creek" (WSJ.com, 12/28).

CALIFORNIA KING BED: Clippers C DEANDRE JORDAN is selling his home in L.A.'s Pacific Palisades neighborhood for $11.75M. The Cape Cod-inspired mansion, built in '14, "has 10,500 square feet of living space, including a home theater with 130-inch screen, indoor exercise pool, elevator and gym." There is "even a secret room accessed by thumbprint entry system." There are "seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms in all" (LATIMES.com, 12/30)....Tennis HOFer PETE SAMPRAS and his wife have "sold their Brentwood-area home" in L.A. for $7.25M. The gated estate sits on "more than half a wooded acre." The traditional-style house "has a library, a theater room and a wine cellar in 6,900 square feet of living space." There are "upper and lower master suites for a total of six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms." Outdoors, mature redwood trees "provide a scenic backdrop for the swimming pool and outdoor kitchen" (LATIMES.com, 1/5).

OFF THE MARKET: Ducks C RYAN GETZLAF has "sold his four-bedroom Corona del Mar house" for $6.025M. The 5,397-square-foot house "has floor-to-ceiling windows, an expansive, white kitchen with hardwood floors and a skylight, a den and subterranean entertainment center that includes a home theater, bar and game room." French doors "open to a courtyard with a swimming pool and spa." The house "has panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean" (OCREGISTER.com, 12/26)....Former NBAer GILBERT ARENAS has "sold his home" in a gated Calabasas, Calif., community for $3.35M. The home has "panoramic vistas of nearly 360 degrees that take in the surrounding canyon and mountains." Inside, the remodeled space of 9,600 square feet "includes a vaulted foyer, formal living and dining rooms, a chef’s kitchen with a 15-foot island, seven bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms." The master suite "boasts a dry sauna, a soaking tub and a fireplace" (LATIMES.com, 12/27).

GATED COMMUNITY: Chargers TE ANTONIO GATES "put his four-story Hollywood Hills home back on the market" on Wednesday for $2.5M. The more than 4,400-square-foot home was for sale in July and November and was then "taken off the market later that month when a potential buyer was close to purchasing it." The home "has five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a master suite that takes up the entire fourth floor, elevator, a patio with a swimming pool and hot tub, as well mountain views" (SANDIEGOUNIONTRIBUNE.com, 1/3).
