Catch Of The Day: New App From Turner Helps Fans Find Where Games Are Airing

Turner Sports has developed a new mobile app aimed to help fans find channel information for game broadcasts as well as real-time scores and in-game alerts. Catch Sports debuts today and is designed as a “digital personal assistant” for fans. That includes service provider information and game content for each of the major U.S. pro and college sports. The product directly links to digital content services such as MLB.tv. Catch Sports will be available for iOS and Android platforms, and also will be accessible through the Amazon Echo. Turner Sports will also be demoing Catch Sports tomorrow at its sports business event at the '17 CES in Las Vegas. “As more options become available for fans to consume live sports content, this new product will help navigate them to the best experience possible at any moment,” said Turner Sports President Lenny Daniels.
