FOX Sports, Sports Illustrated Co-Produce Facebook Live Pregame Show During World Series

During the 2016 World Series, FOX Sports Digital and Sports Illustrated have teamed up to co-produce pregame Facebook Live shows.

The live streaming initiative is part of a larger content and advertising sales partnership between FOX and Sports Illustrated that was announced in late August. Additionally, the Facebook Live program is the first joint video series since the announcement.

“Live @ the World Series” presented by State Farm will be streamed from the FOX Sports set at Wrigley Field or Progressive Field and will include analysts Ken Rosenthal and Tom Verducci along with contributions from play-by-play announcer Joe Buck and color analyst John Smoltz. Together, they will provide fans updates on the latest news in MLB, give in-depth analysis and preview that day’s match-up.

Throughout the remaining World Series games, episodes will continue to air on FOX’s MLB Facebook page in addition to the FOX Sports and Sports Illustrated Facebook pages, SI.com, FOXSports.com and other platforms.
