Buyers & Sellers: Donovan Lists La Jolla Home; Dodgers' Maeda Buys In Santa Monica

Galaxy F LANDON DONOVAN is "selling an ocean-view parcel of land" in La Jolla, Calif., for $2.9M. Sitting on a "hillside in the upper Shore area," the lot has a beach volleyball court. Plans for a "Bill Hayer-designed home of 6,840 square feet" were included in the sale. The design includes "multiple ocean-facing decks and a detached guest/pool house" (LATIMES.com, 10/14)....Knicks F LOU AMUNDSON put his home in the Tree Section of Manhattan Beach, Calif., on the market for $2.155M. Built in '81, the modern-style home is 2,536 square feet and has a "relaxed coastal vibe with light hardwood." The home also includes a "living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a chef's kitchen with a center island." The master suite has a "large walk-in closet" (LATIMES.com, 10/13).

NEW CRIBS: Coyotes D ALEX GOLIGOSKI has purchased a 7,022-square-foot home in Scottsdale, for $3.6M a home which has "six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a detached guest house with two private suites." Inside the home are "wide plank oak floors, custom cabinetry and light fixtures as well as a wine cellar" (AZCENTRAL.com, 10/17)....Dodgers P KENTA MAEDA bought a "New England-inspired traditional" in Santa Monica for $3.795M. The two-story home, built this year, includes "nearly 5,000 square feet of white-walled space." It features a "great room with a fireplace that opens to a chef's kitchen." There are "five bedrooms and seven bathrooms in all" (LATIMES.com, 10/18).
