Anheuser-Busch Takes Over Naming Rights For Broadcast Studio At Memphis' FedExForum

Two years after Pyramid Vodka branded the Pyramid Vodka Studio in FedExForum, Anheuser-Busch will "take over the venue's naming rights and expand what is now the Bud Light Bar, currently located next door to the studio," according to Michael Sheffield of the MEMPHIS BUSINESS JOURNAL. The Grizzlies' pregame and postgame shows "will still be broadcast live from the studio space" as it is "expanded over the next two seasons." The space has had "several incarnations, including the Fly Lounge and Jack Daniels Old No. 7 Sports Bar, before it was converted into the home of the television broadcasts." Because the season is about to start, the expansion "will be done slowly so as to not interfere with the fan experience." When it is completed, the Bud Light Bar and Grill "will host game 'after parties' on select nights" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 10/12).
