Former Dick's Sporting Goods CFO TERI LIST-STOLL will "receive $767,000 in severance pay over the next 12 months following her departure after only a year on the job." She also will "keep a $115,000 discretionary bonus she was paid in April and receive $26,400 for unused vacation time, according to a separation agreement reached with the company on Sept. 1" (PITTSBURGH TRIBUNE-REVIEW, 9/7).

UNDER REVIEW: Univ. of Tennessee President JOE DIPIETRO "announced the members of a special independent commission to review the Title IX programs at each of the schools" in the UT system. Members of the commission include DC attorney STAN BRAND, UConn Title IX Coordinator and Office of Institutional Equity Associate VP ELIZABETH CONKLIN and Sports Law Associates President JANET JUDGE (AP, 9/6).

DAILY NEWS, 9/7)....The Chargers donated $250,000 in grants to San Diego County schools (Chargers)....Golfer SMYLIE KAUFMAN during the third weekend of September will be in the Baton Rouge area to raise money for flood victims "as well as heightening awareness of their plight."
